Cynthia, President of CLW Consulting, provides data analysis, sales strategy and promotional development to the retail industry. She works with customers to improve efficiencies and ultimately to help drive strategies in increasing market share and revenue.Cynthia’sexpertiseranges from retail in-store knowledge, including merchandising sales, data audit sales and services, marketing, promotions, advertising and fund raising.

With a focus on the grocery industry, Cynthia has honed her skills over the past 25 years in a series of increasingly complex leadership positions. Most recently she served as Vice President, Sales and Marketingwith ATA Retail Audit Services, in which she managed start-up operations, training and sales generation nationally for retail audit and merchandising services. Prior to ATA, Cynthia was President of TracNologies, in which she successfully expanded and managed the customer base, retail verification services and field staff. As Vice-President, Sales for the grocery division of National Marketing Services in Anaheim CA, Cynthia was responsible for developing key customer relationships and generating sales.

Cynthia's previous experience in direct advertising and marketing campaign knowledge in the publishing arena presents a forward thinking individual who has been highly effective across multiple sectors, as demonstrated when she was awarded theHoward Grothe Award of Excellence for Outstanding Sales Achievement in the newspaper advertising industry. Since moving into the retail sector Cynthia has been the recipient of numerous sales awards and is considered a valued leader in the retail community. Cynthia served as President of Food Industries Sales Managers’ Club of Los Angeles in 2009 and earned the Presidential Award in 2010 for her outstanding accomplishments. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Southern California Region of the Network of Executive Women, Southern California Region, and was honored with the prestigious “Best of the Best” award in 2012 for her outstanding efforts.

Cynthia is also a highly dedicated volunteer, and is presently, or has been involved in roles with organizations including the City of Hope, Olive Crest Homes and Services for Abused Children and Hike the Halo to support funding and research for Cystic Fibrosis.

Ozzie Sawicki

Ozzie has beeninvolved in resource, environment, and the space and defense sector in leadership, technology, and project management roles since the mid-80's. Founder and President of Pozitive Results Geographics, Inc. in 1996, Ozzie continued his industry career focusing on data evaluation, modeling and analytics; system design, focused on the application of geographic information systems (GIS) and integrated geomatics solutions; and project planning, implementation and management. With extensive international experience, Ozzie has created a strong network in the technology community.

Ozzie has also been active in the academic community withroles at a senior level of instruction, and largely as a program builder, vision leader and liaison with industry in both the selection and placement of students in a variety of industry sectors. Ozzie's instructional interests include advanced technology applications, project management and project delivery.

A proven leader in his industry and academic endeavours, Ozzie is also an activemember of the Canadian and international sport community, with involvement over the past 25 years in alpine skiing. Ozzie held positions at the club, provincial and national team levels, including head coach of the Canadian Para-Alpine Ski Team from 2000-2004, and head coach of the Canadian Para-Athletics program from 2009-2011. With a keen interest in the application of evidence-based data solutions and GIS applications acquired through his industry and academic career, Ozzie formed Pozitive Results Sport Strategies, Inc. in 2000. In his role as President, Ozzie has applied data supported technology solutions from entry level recreational sport through to data driven assessment and implementation strategies in high performance sport leading to podium outcomes at the elite international level.

Ozzie continues to play an active role in sport at the national and international level, with involvement in a variety of leadership capacities. Ozzie recently held positions on three key boards, including Vice-President of Coaches of Canada; Board member and Chair of the Coaches Council of the Canadian Paralympic Committee; as well as leading the technical portfolio as a member of the Canadian Ski Coaches Federation Board. Ozzie recently completed a role as the Canadian Paralympic Team Chef de Mission for the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, acting as the overall leader of the Canadian Team that competed at these Games.
